Cross-chain to Crosschain campaign — coordinated ecosystem launch across 20+ Web3 partners
GTM Campaign

One Word Changed Everything

Across Protocol 20+ partners 1M+ organic views Ethereum Foundation

Across Protocol removed a hyphen — and turned it into a movement. The "crosschain" campaign was a coordinated ecosystem moment: with just days of lead time, I aligned 20+ partners including Arbitrum, Coinbase's Base, Optimism Foundation, and the newly launched Unichain, delivering custom branded assets to each team and orchestrating a synchronized drop across the timeline. When 9am PT hit, partner after partner posted their custom "crosschain, one word, one Ethereum" animations in a unified front. The Ethereum Foundation capped the day with a compilation post — a rare endorsement from an organization that guards its neutrality carefully. Over 1M organic views on X.

Web3 workshop at Wayra Telefonica office in Munich
Workshop

Web3 for the Room

Telefonica Munich Internal Education

Sometimes the most valuable thing you can do is meet people where they are. I was invited to give an internal talk at Telefonica's Munich office — cutting through the noise to help their team actually understand what's happening in Web3, why it matters, and what it means for a company like theirs. No hype, no jargon overload. Just a practical, honest breakdown of the space for people who needed a real foundation to start thinking about it seriously.

Self-Improving Agents Hackathon — MC and hosting at Datadog NYC with Google DeepMind
MC & Event Hosting

100 Teams. One Mic.

200 attendees 100+ teams Google DeepMind New York

Creators Corner invited me back to MC the Self-Improving Agents Hackathon in New York — 200 people, 100+ teams, one very loud microphone. The challenge was to prototype autonomous AI agents that can learn and improve on their own. Between keeping teams moving through judging rotations and holding the room's energy for a full day, I also vibe-coded a scheduling tool on the spot because with 100+ teams and a rotating panel of judges, we needed something fast. Sponsors included Google DeepMind, ElevenLabs, Datadog, and more. Getting to stand in a room full of people excited about what they're building is one of my favorite things.
